MULTIMIX infers the local ancestry and ancestry proportions of admixed individuals using a dense genome-wide SNP set. It’s key features are that 

  1. it is applicable to multiple source populations/reference groups,
  2. it provides local ancestry and genome proportions of ancestry.
  3. it can handle both phased and unphased sample and ancestral population data.
