This webpage describes work carried out while I was a Professor of Statistical Genomics at the University of Oxford up until October 2018.

I am now Head of Statistical Genetics and Methods at the Regeneron Genetics Center.

My research at Oxford was focussed on statistical methods, theory and computational tools that solve problems, and help others make discoveries, in the areas of human disease genetics, population genetics and imaging-genetics.
